I often laugh my head off when I hear or read the word 'Intelligence' used in conjunction with 'British' or 'U.S.' while referring to the security details attached to their leaders on tours abroad. This clip however takes the whole notion of their stupidity a few steps higher up the 'Silly Cunts!' scale in my opinion. How could they not know that a car made heavy from bomb proof alloys was bound to weigh more and hang low over speed ramps?
