Wow, just... Wow

This Animation is perhaps one of the most dark pieces of art I have ever watched, it is both disturbing and beautiful, the music...

Words fail me, they truly do. Incredible. I wish I could come up with such things.

I agree with you leander.

You should not underestimate your own work! The Legacy has the potential to be as good, if not better.

The Legacy is excellent, easy reading and pure escapism. Unfortunately I have only read a few chapters so far, but I am looking forward to reading more.

I'm glad you're enjoying Legacy, I enjoy producing it, but for me, things like Lilium are on a whole different plane of quality, I just can't think that darkly...

Thats not a put down, just personal taste :D

Feckin' WOW..!

That animation is truly breath-taking and the music is as haunting as the tale told... Truly beautiful piece of work. Thanks for linking to it folks. Alan, do you know anything more about the artist? My mind is completely blown... I can't wait to show Diesel this...

Oh, welcome back Jo :)

I know he's actually not a native English speaker (he's Swedish), he's not a goth or emo.

Aparently this was to be the first part in a series, but thus far he hasn't done any more...

Btw, the music came from an Anime callen Elfen Lied, the soundtrack is available in its entirity at Galbadia Hotel. The track used in the animation is the first track, but there are some other tracks that are damned good in that lot (As well as some tracks that wouldn't be out of place in an elevator, if I'm honest.)

Why oh why did you resurect this thread I hear you cry...

Well, First off, Lillium has recently been revisited and cleaned up... I'm not too sure about the alteration of the music, but I think in time it'll grow on me.

More importantly however, is the fact that the person behind the original is busy working on a sequel.

And me being me, found the trailer for it, here.

I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.

The final release of the sequel to Lillium is sheduled for December.

I can't wait :D :D :D

I've just watched the trailer for the first chapter of the new series Alan. I like it mate. It doesn't give away much storyline wise and although you have said you're not sure about the new music, if it's the delightful piano piece playing over the trailer, it's beautiful, haunting and has all the hallmark qualities of a true artist at work.

Thanks for bumping this thread up dude. As always, your taste is a refined and subtle one...

Well played Alan :D ...
